Designing and shipping workflow automations for European SME clients across the full lifecycle from prototyping to deployment. Researching and prototyping AI/ML solutions for client use cases, with a focus on energy sector SaaS and IoT gateway products.

Conducted deep-dive learning of Hungry Hub's recommendation system architecture, mapping input/output flows and identifying gaps in the existing pipeline.
Explored MLOps practices and evaluated the production recommendation system to surface gaps between the current implementation and best practices.
